Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
The service
Sosna provides the Search & AI Visibility Audit and related services (Implementation Sprint, Re-Check) as described on sosna.app. Every engagement has a written scope: what's included, the price, and the delivery timeline, confirmed by email before work starts.
What the audit is — and isn't
- The audit reviews publicly observable data about your website and your presence in search and AI engines. It is not a security audit, a penetration test, or a legal or compliance review.
- We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or mentions in AI answers. No one can control what Google or AI engines display, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we deliver is an honest diagnosis and prioritized recommendations, based on what is publicly observable.
- Findings are based on what is observable at the time of the audit. Websites, search engines and AI systems change; the report reflects the moment it was produced.
Payment
The audit is paid in advance. Sprint engagements are billed monthly. Prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you get a full refund; once the report has been delivered, payment is not refundable.
Your part
You confirm you own or are authorized to commission an audit of the website you submit. Optional access you share (such as Google Search Console) is used only to produce the audit.
The deliverable
The report is produced for you and your company. You can use it internally and share it with your team or contractors. Reselling or republishing it as your own work isn't allowed. Sosna may not use your report or name publicly without your permission.
Liability
The report contains recommendations; decisions and implementation are yours. Sosna's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
Changes
If these terms change, the current version will always be at sosna.app/terms.html. The terms in force when you hire a service are the ones that apply to it.
