Who we are

Sosna (sosna.app) is operated by Daniel Noboa, based in Madrid, Spain. Contact: hello@sosna.app. For anything related to your personal data, that address is the way to reach the data controller.

What data we collect

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Browsing it sends us nothing.

If you contact us by email, we receive what you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message — typically your website URL. That's it.

What we use it for

• To reply to you and, if you hire the audit, to deliver the service.
• To perform the audit itself, which analyzes only publicly observable data about the website you ask us to review.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not send newsletters unless you explicitly ask to receive something.

Where it lives

Email is processed by our email provider; this site is hosted on Netlify. Both act as processors under their own privacy terms. Audit working files are kept privately and shared only with you.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and audit deliverables are kept for as long as reasonably needed to support you as a client, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data at any time by writing to hello@sosna.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
